Our initial process comprises the following two stages:

An initial on-site meeting, to discuss your potential home layout, raise any site issues that are immediately apparent and use our expertise to help assess design potential. Our aim is to make you feel comfortable with our understanding of the design brief, to listen to your instructions and to see the same vision.

A second meeting, building on the information discussed on-site and covering the home layout in more detail, including aspects of elevation, dimensions and budget. If you feel we fulfill your design goals, we can then proceed to draft the detailed plans.

Combining Good Design and Sustainability
Your new home should invoke a naturally comfortable environment that is in tune with its location - warm in winter and cool in summer. Working with your preferred layout we will combine the best aspects of the design to ensure that your requirements are fulfilled, whilst aiming to reduce energy consumption and associated ongoing costs.

Building the Dream
Our many years of specialised industry experience has allowed us to develop quality relationships with some of Perth's finest builders and now we work hard to extend these benefits to our clients. On completion of the design stage, we recommend the builders best suited for your individual project and provide a lump sum contract allowing the construction stage to proceed. It is important to us that you are kept informed at every stage of the process.
